Chlo holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management. She underwent various online trainings including Project Management, Personal or Business Calendar Management, and Search Engine Optimisation.

Ranilo has gained alot of work experience working with a wide range of companies across the globe. He can assist with Customer Service, Technical Support, Financial Markets and Options Trading Advice, Back Office Administration, Online Marketing Analysis, Staffing, eCommerce - Shopify and General Virtual Assistance.

I learned new things and developed some new skills while working with the BPO Industry as a Customer Service Associate, Technical Support Representative, Financial Adviser/Loan Specialist, and as an Appointment Setter.

I have spent the last three years developing my skills as a Financial Consultant. I have been responsible for advising strategies for clients in insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management and other areas to help them reach financial objectives.

I have a wide range of Customer Service experience, I also became an ESl Tutor, Analyst/Researcher and then a VA. I am a fast learner, a team player and go the extra mile with my work to get more satisfaction with my clients.
