Yam has worked as a Business Director for a Call Centre, a Team Lead, and Customer Service Representative. Yam holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and is a team player, excels with people management, and has experience in handling technical and billing issues for clients.

I started as a Customer Service Representative, then I got promoted to Qualirt Assurance Representative. Aside from physical communication with a team member, I also have great experience doing analysis reporting to our stakeholders.

I have experience taking in projects like data entry and research, spreadsheet, google spreadsheet, dropbox and google drive utilisation, email management, Social Media Management, using tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, bitrix24, hangouts were all part of the job.

I have 2 degrees in teaching – so you can be confident my grasp of the English language is second to none. I can assist you with any office and administration tasks, from data entry through to project coordination. I work quickly, positively and with minimum fuss.
