Arron Cabarloc – CSR, Medical Billing and Claims Specialist

Hi, I’m Arron which is spelled a little differently from the usual. My friends call me Ron which is a lot simpler. I’m a registered nurse by profession with almost 5 years of hands-on experience.

Deciding to venture in the BPO or call center industry geared toward technology, I started out working for clients for TV, internet, and VoIP services. Handling concerns from porting and activating phone lines, installing anti-virus to their computers, connectivity issues to their TV’s, gadgets, remote control programming up to walking them through on connecting cables behinds their TV sets to their cable boxes. Equipped with extreme patience and being detailed oriented it was always a pleasure for me to deal with a diversity of clients.

Then I decided to venture back in the Medical field within the BPO for a Healthcare account handling claims, benefit coverage, and prior notification. Within the 4 years’ working for the medical account I started as an agent on the frontlines. Then I was promoted to an SME (Subject Matter Expert) or what most people call ‘floorwalkers’ ready to support production and agents undergoing training. Expected to answer all questions to the best of my knowledge, I have been able to handle escalated calls as they arise. Then I was promoted as one of the Workforce real-time analysts engaged in real-time queue management, email management, real-time chat support, attendance management, running daily and forecasted reports and making sure everything on the production side ran smoothly.

Recently I have ventured out to become a virtual assistant and started taking in projects like data entry and research, spreadsheet, google spreadsheet, dropbox and google drive utilisation. I handled a project based position for lead generation for a realty client collecting realty information and Craigslist postings. Email management, Social Media Management, using tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, bitrix24, hangouts were all part of the job.

Gearing back to my roots as a nurse I am experienced as a billing and claim specialist for a Hospital-based client. I make sure that their claims are submitted correctly and timely with diligent follow up from start to completion on the claim process.

Learning new skills every day is an opportunity that I will never have second thoughts about. If I can be of assistance with such tasks, I’m open to discussing opportunities where I can be of help and deliver the best results that my skills can extend.
