I have experience in Customer Service, Technical support and Email Management. Working in BPO taught me how to multitask, manage time, become adept with certain computer software and be a responsible team player.

I have worked as a QA Tester Intern in my first internship. Then became a Video Editor, Transcriptionist, and Frontend WordPresss Developer. I also became an IT Intern in a hospital.

I am a responsible, highly motivated, goal oriented Virtual Assistant. When I say my skill set is all over the map – I mean that literally! I have worked in customer support, technical support, customer retention, operations, liaison to auditors, team leader, quality analysis, social media management, business development and general office administration.

I am an experienced Writer and Proofreader. My styles include expository, persuasive, descriptive and narrative. I have written for and proofread academic research papers, magazines, medical records, gaming and been involved with creating digital content. I have skills in a wide range of software including project management platforms, WordPress, basic graphic software and MS applications.
