Vincent Tubola – Customer Service Representative

I have good technical skills and know-how to use Photoshop, Sony Vegas, and Microsoft applications. I took up Information Technology and Computer Programming. I spent my teenage life as a student and a part-time DJ. I know how to edit songs and I can edit videos as well. After graduating, I started to work in a BPO company for almost a year. After that, I worked for the government as a computer trainer and while working, I also studied and graduated in Computer Hardware Servicing. After working for the government, I went back to working for a BPO company for almost 2 years.

I currently live with my family and I have my own personal computer that I can use for my work. I have 3 siblings and all of them have their own careers.

As a customer service representative, I was assigned to technical repair and billing accounts. My experience working in these fields made a big impact in honing my skills. I can handle multiple works at the same time since I am capable of working with multiple tools.

I am hoping that this company will give me the opportunity in having a career as a virtual assistant. I have many relatives that are working at home and also working as a virtual assistant. This will be a big help for me if I have questions in this line of work since I have them to support me and ask them if I ever need help.

My younger sister also works at home as a VA in a US company and I can tell that she is earning a lot with her current job. Like my sister, I am hoping that this company will also provide the benefits that their employee deserves.

If given a chance, I am confident that I can handle this job using my skills and experience in different workplaces.

I am expecting my first child early next year and this is my inspiration to work hard so that I can provide for the needs of my future family. Having a family won’t be easy and I assure you that I will work hard and make sure that I will comply with whatever job you may give to me.
