I am an Accountancy graduate of Saint Louis University Baguio City, an experienced Certified Public Accountant and a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor Online from the Philippines.
I am a results oriented and well-organised professional with experience in accounting, clerical and management reporting. I am an enthusiastic employee experienced in communicating to the management helpful financial information necessary for effective cost management. I am well-disciplined and organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure with minimum supervision. I am skilled in bookkeeping and have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
I have experience working remotely with Dubai, UK, US, Canada and Australian-based clients with the following tasks:
- Bookkeeping / managing all accounting transactions (payables, receivables, expenses and revenues) published from Hubdoc and Receipt Bank accurately and effectively.
- Reconciling every bank transaction made in QuickBooks and Xero with proper categorisation of bank transactions

Prior to being a Virtual Accountant, I served as a Freelance CPA doing Tax preparations locally, a Hotel Accountant, a McDonald’s chain bookkeeper, an Accounting Assistant for SM Department Store and an Assistant for the Vice President for a small mall in our locality.
In order to have a better work-life balance and flexibility, I decided to leave the outside Corporate work and opted to become a Virtual Bookkeeper instead. This way, I can still pursue my profession and at the same time, I can look after my two children.
I am a person who loves variety – like crunching numbers on one side (professionally speaking) while a kitchen aide on the other (personal hobby). I also love working independently and I am well-versed with working with a team.
I love the energy that comes from various tasks and challenges. Multitasking is my thing! Though it is not easy, a person who plans ahead, wins! And I live with the saying, “Fails to plan, plans to fail”. All of my work experience and these characteristics, I firmly believe, are good ingredients to thrive with any Finance VA roles.
