Abimelech Gador – Social Media Manager, ESL

Hi! I’m Abimelech Gador, just call me Abi for short. I am from Davao City, Philippines

I’m a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Biology major in Microbiology from the University of Mindanao. I took a biology course because it gives me an in-depth understanding of the natural world and it also helps me learn how to conduct research, organize, solve problems and think critically. I also have earned units in Education so that I can have the opportunity to teach, which also helped me boost my confidence and interpersonal skills.

I used to work as an ESL teacher where I teach non-native speakers from different levels to learn how to speak English. That means I have good communication skills and English language comprehension. I also have experience as a Social Media Evaluator where I evaluate the quality of the information in our local area. I have excellent web research skills. I became a Social Media Manager a year ago where I do the branding, engagements, content creations, marketing, and caption. I also became an Fb Ads manager where I run ads by boosting my post and I can make an entry-level graphic design using canvas pro. I can do administrative tasks such as data entry using google docs, spreadsheets, arranging appointments, organizing calendars, managing emails, and Google drives.

During my free time, I watch youtube tutorials about a variety of things and most informative videos on how to improve my skills and learn some new ones as well. Anime is also my thing. What I like about anime is not just pure entertainment, it makes me want to do something in my life and it gives me a reason to become more than I am. Lastly, I am a person who has a thirst for adventure. I dreamed about going to nice places, travelling is like learning a new skill, I get to know their culture and get to discover myself as an individual.

Being a Virtual Assistant can give you more time and freedom to do the things you enjoy. You can work on your business strategy, develop deeper relationships with your clients or customers, or even spend more time with your family. I am also very thorough, consistent, and detailed about my work. I am a person who enjoys learning new skills, loves to work independently or on a team, and my willing to work under pressure. I am results-oriented and above all my goal is to be an asset to the company or client I am working with so that we can both grow successfully.
