Annabelle Fulgar – Virtual Assistant
Hi there! Good day! I’m Annabelle Fulgar; you can call me Belle.
I am a mother of 2 American bully dogs who are very loving, well-behaved, and sweet dogs. I attended college and have no plans on pursuing my studies until I can finally say that I am financially stable. I decided to work at an early age to help my family, take care of their needs, and pay bills, since growing up with a poor financial status challenged me to work with different roles but allowed me to hone my skills due to the training and experiences it provided.
I have a total of 7 years of experience in different roles; 2 years of it included jobs at a BPO company, such as appointment setting for a vacation timeshare account, customer service, and sales executive for a healthcare account, then I was later promoted to QA, supervising the same account. Those were the tough accounts I’ve handled, and I would dare to say those were the roughest path of my career since I was working onsite during those days. The midnight shift, which unfortunately was always my shift, don’t get me wrong! I love nighttime. I am a Nyctophile, 🙂 but it always makes me feel anxious because of the commute, walking on a very dark road, and hearing news about how dangerous my country is.
Fortunately, I found a company that allowed me to work the afternoon shift sometimes in the morning due to the country it’s catering to, which is Australia. I have been working for that company for five years, and I am still with them now. They allowed us to work from home during the pandemic in the Philippines and provided us with everything we needed to begin a hybrid career, and they continue to give us the opportunity to work comfortably from home. I started as a reservation sales specialist, handling AU guests who will stay in our hotels. I assist them to book a reservation, modify a reservation, cancel or help them with whatever they need during their stay. I soon applied for a better role, which is where I am now, and that is a fulfilment executive handling group reservations through emails. I am very lucky and thankful for this company that it allowed me to apply and look for a role that will be an additional help for me to get my needs and wants, further finance my family, and maybe help me fund my future, 🙂 who knows?.
I hope we can discuss further about my skills and achievements through an interview, because I don’t think this page is enough for me to discuss it. 🙂 Looking forward to hearing from you.
