Charlene Co – Client Service Associate
Hello, I’m Charlene Co, but you can call me “Cha” for short. I am 31 years old and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Pedro College in Davao City. My friends often describe me as a ball of sunshine because I’m friendly, approachable, and love striking up conversations with anyone. I have an outgoing personality and thrive on staying active, as I quickly get bored when I’m not doing anything.
I come from a close-knit family and have an older sister who works at Canva. Although she now lives in Manila, we remain very close. In my free time, I enjoy engaging in activities that keep me active and entertained. One of my favourite hobbies is doing CrossFit workouts, which help me stay fit and disciplined. I also love watching K-dramas as a way to unwind and immerse myself in captivating stories. Additionally, I’m an animal lover and have three adorable dogs that bring joy and warmth to my home.
For the past 8 years, I have built a solid foundation in the banking industry, working at Banco De Oro in Davao City. My role spanned various departments, including general services, sales marketing, and customer service. These responsibilities required me to perform multiple tasks, such as communicating with clients, answering phone calls, addressing customer queries, and managing relationships with both new and existing clients. Through these experiences, I developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling me to understand customer needs better and foster strong relationships. My ability to multitask and adapt to different challenges allowed me to consistently meet and exceed targets while providing exceptional service.
After careful thought and consideration, I decided to resign from my role on January 3, 2025, to pursue new and exciting opportunities. Stepping out of my comfort zone is a bold step, but I believe it is essential for growth and self-improvement. I am now eager to transition into a virtual assistant role, where I can leverage my skills in organisation, adaptability, and customer service to make meaningful contributions.
Although I am new to the virtual assistant field, I am confident that my strong work ethic, dedication, and willingness to learn will enable me to excel in this role. I am excited to embrace this fresh chapter in my career, expand my knowledge, and take on new challenges. I believe that with my background and determination, I can be a valuable asset to your team. Thank you for considering my application, and I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to your organisation.
