Chrisza Ericka Javier – General Virtual Assistant

chrisza-javier-vaHi there! I am Chrisza Ericka Javier. Just call me Za or Chrisza. Some of my interests are arts, books, nature, and personal development topics. I am a teacher by profession, but this was not my calling. I started working and exploring call center industries and got to work for a year with a newspaper account based in the US. It was a pandemic, and I decided to switch to working from home.

That was when I became part of Tony R. and Dean G’s customer support team. It was challenging, but I gained experience and skills working from home. I explored the digital marketing industry, and still doing it these days. Now, I can say that with all my experiences and skills, I am still learning in progress, which I love about this field. I am an introvert, and this career suits me.

I helped many clients with social media marketing and strategies, website design, email marketing, editing graphics, scheduling appointments and calendars, direct messages to leads, LinkedIn analytics, sort of researching and writing, SEO, hashtags and captions, and administrative tasks. These skills helped me to be who I am today. I got to know the different characters and work ethics of my previous clients from the US, New Zealand, and Australia. Being a VA is not just about the skillset that you have; it’s also about how you build relationships and trust with your clients, and how reliable you are, not just when the task is easy but when you experience challenges and lack of information. It is not easy, but it’s what I learned. I learned so many things that I was able to build my character and still building it up.

chrisza-javier-vaI became a General VA, and it helped me to become versatile, adaptable, reliable, and have integrity. I am not afraid to make mistakes because I make sure to come up with the right solution. Thanks to all of my colleagues, mentors, and clients who helped to grow in this field. I am excited to help more clients and customers soon, to explore and hone my skills and expertise. With that, thank you for this great opportunity.

I envision growing more and developing more to help more clients achieve their business successes. In that way, it’s a win-win. I will continue to strive for the best no matter where this journey will take me. I will strive to be an inspiration like Ms. Kara and other VAs out there! Hoping for more success for everyone!
