Dennis Davao – CSR and Coach
I am an undergraduate of Bachelor of Science and Elementary Education and Information System. I started looking for a job at a very young age to support my family while studying at the same time, and eventually had to stop my studies when I was hired as a Customer Service Representative in one of the biggest companies in the Philippines.
I started working a Sales Representative way back in 2009 and learned a lot of things about the Corporate world. I was promoted to Supervisor after 8 months and am now celebrating my 10th Year Anniversary in this industry!
I have held the TOP Team leader and TOP Team for 2 consecutive years – winning the Global award as Leader for Excellence for meeting Clients Targets. With this, I turned myself into someone who lives and breathes Customer Service.
