I have been a Call Center Representative for Convergys Philippines-Bacolod for almost 6 years and more than 4 years in Sykes Asia Philippines-Manila, both Inbound and Outbound.
I received a volume of calls from customers and worked to assist them with their technical or service related issues. Which includes the following:
1. Troubleshooting customer’s phone, internet, cable and email issues
2. Assisting field technicians to fix customers problem with their phone, internet and home security (alarm system)
3. I also assist customers with their tickets (support tickets)
My task as an outbound Representative for HSBC-Credit Protect was to convince customers who live in the United States to avail of the life and death insurance. Because of my hard work I was rewarded by my Manager and transferred me to a day shift. My task was to call customers in Australia who had a postpaid plan contract with Optus Australia Network provider and convince customers to buy their recharge for their mobile phones. I also conducted the credit check investigation and made sure that the customers have a good credit score/credit standing if they wish to apply and have their postpaid plan approved for phone, internet and broadband with the Optus Network provider. Sometimes, I called customers who transferred to different network providers and tried to win them back.
I was inspired by the different stories which I read online that there are a lot of working Mums who were hired as a Virtual Assistant. They love their jobs because while working and earning at home, they can still take care of their children.
I am excited to work at home and earn at the same time so that I can take care of my only child and support the financial needs of my family.
I have a proven track record for increasing sales, up-selling and dealing with a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
I consider my strongest points to be my impeccable phone manners, my clear voice and my ability to deal with agitated or distressed customers.
