Jonathan Paypa – CSR and Administrative Assistance
Hi, I’m Jonathan and I’m a graduate of BS Information Technology. I have always been fascinated with creating applications and I have that sense of pride in me because I was able to help my team graduate after all of those sleepless nights just to finish our thesis.
I was able to land a job even before graduating from college and that was the start of my BPO journey. I’ve been working with the industry for more than 5 years now. At first I thought the job was not idea for me, but I surprisingly, I managed to stay for a long and it has become my primary source of income. I’m the only child and so it has always been my priority to help my family.
Over the 5 years span, I’ve been a customer service representative for a telecommunications accounts. I experienced both being a chat and phone representative that really helped me honed my skills when I still starting with the industry. After a year and 5 months, I was able to get my first promotion as an Operations Supervisor where I was able to test myself more if I am suitable for this job. Fast forward, I got promoted as a Floor Manager last year that up until now, I’m very happy that people reach out to me because they feel that I am there for them and I am someone that they rely on.
Other than that, I was able to work as a Virtual Assistant, giving me the advantage of somehow expanding my expertise. I am also well versed in the specialties below that I have developed through my daily work experience –

– Customer Support(Billing, Retentions, and Technical Support)
– Back Office Support
If I’ll be part of your time, I’m more than happy to be here in the long run because one thing that I know with myself is that I’m a very loyal person and I just don’t quit when things gets rough.
