Joshua Ladoing – Customer Service, Financial Advisor
Hi, I’m Joshua Ladoing, and I’ll be turning 24 this December. I currently reside in Metro Manila, Philippines, and I recently got married to my wonderful wife last August. I have one brother and three sisters, and I grew up in a very remote area in Bicol. This upbringing taught me the importance of hard work, perseverance, and resilience from an early age. Growing up in such a close-knit family in a rural setting gave me a deep appreciation for simplicity and the value of community. I also had the privilege of serving as a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This experience shaped my character and taught me valuable life lessons such as dedication, communication, leadership, and adaptability, all of which I apply in my professional life today.
I’m truly excited about the opportunity to be part of your organisation and contribute as a valuable asset. With over two years of experience in the BPO industry, I’ve worked across various sectors, including healthcare and finance. During this time, I’ve taken on a variety of responsibilities, such as managing calls, responding to emails, and running payroll for a company based in the UK. These roles have given me a comprehensive skill set, from project coordination and time management to providing strong administrative support.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to stay organised while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. I’ve consistently delivered results by streamlining processes and helping clients improve their productivity. I pride myself on being detail-oriented and always looking for ways to optimise operations. I am highly proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity platforms. Whether it’s managing schedules, generating reports, or troubleshooting issues, I am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Above all, I take pride in providing exceptional customer service and always strive to exceed client expectations.
That said, like anyone, I have my fears. One of my biggest challenges is the fear of failure, especially when managing complex tasks or projects. I sometimes worry about not meeting expectations or making mistakes that could affect the team or clients. However, I’ve learned to turn these fears into motivation. By embracing the challenges that come my way and staying prepared, I’ve been able to face them head-on. I’ve also become better at maintaining a positive attitude and adapting quickly when things don’t go as planned.
Overall, I am a proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys tackling new challenges. I am committed to continuously improving myself and the quality of work I provide.
