Jovi Bryant Baetiong – Bilingual Insurance Claims Specialist

Hi, I am Jovi Bryant Baetiong, other people call me Bry.  I am a breadwinner and loving son to my parents. I took up Bachelor of Arts in English and Language Studies at Polytechnic University of the Philippines.  At 24 years old, I was able to enhance my abilities and capacity by learning through experiences and working under some great companies in the Philippines. I bring a unique combination of skills and expertise to the insurance industry, with a solid foundation in both auto claims and life insurance.

The journey I took into this field started with a sincere interest in assisting individuals navigate complex insurance processes efficiently.  As a Bilingual Insurance Claims Specialist, I specialize in handling auto claims, providing essential support to clients during what can often be a stressful time. I am fluent in both English and adequate in Spanish, allowing me to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.

Aside from my expertise in auto claims, I have a background in life insurance, understanding the nuances of policy coverage and claims procedures in this critical area. This comprehensive and valuable knowledge enables me to full support to clients across different insurance domains.

During my university years, I pursued a degree in English and Language Studies, which equipped me with strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a deep appreciation for linguistic nuances. This educational background has been instrumental in my role as an Insurance Claims Specialist, especially when communicating complex insurance terms and procedures to clients.

Looking ahead, I am enthusiastic about expanding my professional horizons and exploring opportunities as a Virtual Assistant (VA) for businesses based in Australia. My bilingual skills, coupled with my experience in insurance and a knack for proofreading, make me an asset for Australian businesses seeking remote support.
