Julie Pantano – Executive Virtual Assistant

Hi, am Julie Pantano, you can call me Julie. I started working when I was in college I was a Student Assistant (Scholar) from my first year till I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. My work there is assisting Psychometricians in calculating the results of all the psychological tests. I then worked as an administrative assistant at a company printshop where I talked to clients, handled bulk orders and clients’ concerns.

Then came the pandemic. I started working as a Virtual assistant for inbound calls (surveyor) in Dynata to Remotask virtual car lidar tasker and outbound mortgage, DTV, and Main social media for digital marketing as an Executive Assistant.

I’m busy creating a milestone. I am a partaker actively involved or working jointly with others in a shared endeavor. I am now venturing into remote work. I worked for individual clients who needed specific assignments executed on a regular basis. I specialize in administrative work like managing emails, data entry, and follow-ups.

I have been in the industry for more than a year. Effectively communicating has allowed me to always be up to date with my client’s needs and expectations.

I am ravenously hungry to acquire new skills to enhance my professional abilities that drives an unwavering commitment to learning, evolving, and staying ahead in my career. I yearn to absorb knowledge like a sponge, continually expanding my skill set to tackle challenges with confidence
and innovation.

I approach new work skills with utmost humility. Recognising that there’s always more to learn, I embrace opportunities for growth with an open heart and a willingness to admit my gaps in knowledge. Humility fuels my eagerness to improve, collaborate, and evolve in my professional
journey.
