Leslie Marie Villaluna – Customer Service Representative

Hi, I am Leslie Marie Villaluna, you can call me Lez. I am 36 years old. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Riverside College, Bacolod City. I have a dog named Hunter; a male yorkiepoo. It’s a Yorkshire and poodle mix. He’s 11 months old now. Lately, I’m just at home spending time with my dog and family watching movies, and hanging out with friends once in a while. I also love going to the beach.

I was working in the call center industry for more than a decade as a CSR, and TSR until the pandemic came in 2020 and that’s were I started working as a VA, mainly in Real State Cold Calling.

Working from Home helps me save money on commuting costs, work attire, and other expenses associated with working in an office, which is also a great help in being a breadwinner. I can provide financial security for my family. This includes paying bills, saving for the future, and providing for their needs. I find fulfillment in providing for them and being able to contribute to my loved ones’ well-being and happiness.

One of the biggest advantages of working from home is the ability to have a more flexible schedule. You can often work at times that suit your lifestyle, and you don’t have to worry about commuting to and from work. Working from home can help reduce the stress associated with commuting, office politics, and other workplace stressors. You are free from distractions such as office noise and interruptions from colleagues. You can work in a comfortable and familiar environment that you can control to suit your preferences.

I’m always looking for ways to establish and improve my skills, so working as a VA is a tremendous opportunity for me to do both. I’m a fast learner, willing to learn, and I love to overcome challenges. I aspire to be the best worker and I am open to career growth.
