Hello, my name is Matthew Marcus and I am a graduate of Business Administration major in Human Resource Management. I enhanced my learning skills by obtaining a master degree in business management which I completed last year.
Here is a brief professional work experience I have.
I am an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the digital marketing industry. Skilled in Social Media Management, Market and Brand Research, Website Management, and SEO. I manage various clients’ social media accounts needs that relates to Virtual Assistants. I also manage and execute various social media marketing strategies per clients’ needs.
I make constant research on trending topics related to the client’s niche to help in marketing of the business. I communicate in a professional and unique social media voice for each subsidiary which is directly aligned with the client’s content platform.
I am advanced in Facebook Ads – targeting to a specific group of people using UID scraping, analysing and reporting social media actions on a monthly or weekly basis for successes and new opportunities. I help with monitoring social media platforms for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client. I also do a little graphic design on Canva to develop social media/web ads and other marketing material/ collateral as needed. And last but not the least, I help with website maintenance and blog content management.
