Mel Francis Ramos – Helpdesk Support
Good Day! I’m Mel Francis Ramos, you can call me Mel or Francis; at home they call me John. I am a father of 2 beautiful daughters and a Husband to a loving wife. Family is the main reason why I work hard. As much as possible, I want to be a good provider for my family.
My hobbies include playing basketball and online games.
I have been in the business process outsourcing industry for 9 years now. I mostly handle technical/customer service accounts. The companies that I have worked with were AT&T, Spectrum Business Class, UNIS Logistics and a few more. I was also a content moderator for TikTok, where we basically filtered prohibited and unwanted videos using the guidelines mandated by our client.
At the moment, I am working part-time as a home-based Administrative Coordinator for an online retail company. Part of my daily task is to process product data lists from our suppliers for reporting and uploading on our website. I also answer help desk tickets from our customer service team. I have had this job for over a year now and I am loving it because of the convenience and the comfort that it brings.
My skills include MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Google sheets and CRM applications like Salesforce. I am also tech savvy and computer knowledgeable. I am self-sufficient and a team player at the same time. I am resourceful and can work under pressure. When I work, I always believe in the saying that “The Key to Success is to focus on the GOALS, not OBSTACLES.
