Patricia Marie B. Afable – Customer Service Specialist

Good day! I am Patricia, but mostly they call me Peachy, which I prefer more.

I am 25 years old. I am the second child in the family – and I’m also said to be the black sheep of the family 🙂

I can say I became an independent person as I grew up. I worked during in college so that I could have extra money for my own needs, and not have to ask for money from my parents.

I have a Bachelors Degree Major in Cruiseline Operations in Hotel Management. I chose this course because it sounded ‘new’ to me when I entered college. I successfully graduated from College, and tried applying to Cruiseline companies – but it seemed that at that moment it was not my time yet. And to be honest – I dreamed of travelling to different countries but it’s fine I take that as my inspiration to pursue more and so I’ve worked in a German company as Sales coordinator I do phone calls with clients and answering emails and follow up orders then I realized I want something more for me to grow and to have savings since my work is far from my home it feels like I am working just paying my bill and not living my life and so I decided to try BPO company which is just 30 minutes away from my house.

I worked in a BPO Company for 2 years and I didn’t expect to like it as much as I did. I was a Customer Service Representative and I multi-tasked, handling voice and non-voice tasks. I performed technical support as well, and I have knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

Now I have one kid, a boy, and he is 10 months old. I decided to become a stay at home mum to take care of my son. At first it was hard for me to say goodbye at work and to become a full time mom – but I knew it was the best thing to do. I then decided to look for a home based job. I may be a newbie but I know I can share my skills and knowledge with your company. I am easy to train and flexible in any job assigned to me, and I love to challenge myself. Providing client’s satisfaction and the project quality is the most important for me.

During my free time I love going through social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter. I also like watching vloggers on YouTube.
