Precious Sangalang – Customer Support Representative

I am Precious Joy D. Sangalang, an undergraduate college student under different courses – Political Science and Industrial Electronics. I’m 24 years old and currently lives in the Philippines.

The person who I can relate the most was Ms. Dianne Azarcon, the Recruitment Officer, not only because we’re both an undergraduate but also we worked in the BPO industry.

I started working last 2018. My first position was an Intent Analyst where we type and transfer datas to a live agent. Then I became a Customer and Technical Support Representative for the biggest online shopping website in the world. After a year, I decided to transfer to a different company where I worked as a Customer Guest Specialist for one of the world’s largest online travel agencies. Fast forward to 2020, during the pandemic crisis, I worked at home for a seasonal account as a Market Research Interviewer.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve developed my communication skills in both verbal and written English, that’s why I’m confident that I can do and fulfill the job as a Virtual Assistant for your company. I realized that everyday is a learning process and I want to expand my knowledge through your platform. I am open and willing to acquire new skills with your help to become an efficient employee.

When it comes to outside work, I’m very fond of listening to music, watching movies or TV shows and playing badminton – these are my ways of relaxation.
