Hello, I am Rogelyn Mae, a dedicated and experienced professional with a passion for helping others. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, which laid the foundation for my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks in high-pressure environments. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in both the BPO settings and customer service, gaining valuable skills that I now bring to my role as a Virtual Assistant. For the past few years, I have worked in various positions, including being a sales representative, customer service representative, technical support agent, email and chat support specialist, and administrative assistant. These roles have allowed me to gain a broad range of skills and experience, each of which has helped me grow both personally and professionally.
Transitioning into a virtual role was a challenge at first, but I quickly adapted. I have since worked as a Customer Service Representative, providing support via phone, email, and chat. In these roles, I have learned the importance of listening to clients, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining a positive attitude even in difficult situations. I pride myself on being able to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently, always striving to exceed expectations. Working as a Virtual Assistant has allowed me to combine my skills in communication, organisation, and attention to detail. Whether I am managing schedules, handling data entry, or assisting with social media tasks, I am committed to providing high-quality support to my clients. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am always looking for ways to improve processes and make life easier for those I work with.
During my free time, I love staying active and spending quality moments with my family. Whether it’s taking a walk, enjoying a good movie, or trying out new recipes, I find it refreshing to disconnect from work and focus on the little things. I also enjoy reading and continuously learning, whether it’s through books or online resources, to keep myself growing both personally and professionally. I always make sure that I get to spend quality time with my family, especially my kids. Balancing work and life is important to me, so I make sure to cut out time for relaxation and fun. Being a mother and working from home has taught me the value of time management and flexibility. I understand the importance of balancing work and life, and I believe that working remotely allows me to give my best both to my clients and to my family. I am eager to continue growing in my virtual career, learning new skills, and taking on new challenges. My goal is to provide top-notch assistance to every client, helping them achieve their goals while also continuing to grow and develop in my own career.
