I am the one to contact if you require quick, focused, and flawless work. As a trustworthy, detail-oriented individual with substantial administrative expertise and a strong work ethic.

I am an excellent prospect for any customer service, transcription, typing, or data entry position. My schooling and previous work experience have equipped me with the abilities necessary to finish assignments quickly while maintaining the highest level of quality. In addition, I am constantly learning in order to better my methods and skills.

If you ask why you should hire me, I can say that I am a strong candidate who would do a very good job working with customers and handling the responsibilities of a good customer representative. I believe I can be a good fit for the position since I have worked from home for more than 3 years now. I learned to work with less supervision. I am trainable and adaptable to change and a team player. I am very familiar with the tools needed for the job such as Zoho time trackers, Ringcentral, Zoom meetings, Salesforce, and CRM’s

I am a big customer-oriented person and spent several years as a customer care specialist. Ever since I was a young boy, I was always curious and amazed by the power of the internet but a few years ago something magical happened that made me decide to work from home full time.

Simon-Sagadal-vaI still play DOTA2 during my free time. I’ve been a gamer since the Nintendo family computer era. I was in a band before as a lead guitarist and I can sing well, but I don’t want to audition for The Voice because I’m afraid that no one will turn around so I’ll stick with an online job. I gained knowledge in audio editing tools and software, which enabled me to create music from scratch whether its for background music, intro music, or rap beats to orchestra strings

I worked for Sprint and PayPal’s customer service department for years handling irate customers every day (imagine how much patience I have haha). This trained me well on how to calm them and end the call with the customer smiling

I also worked as an online proctor where I respond to test-takers concerns and inquiries through calls, email, and chat. I troubleshoot any issues related to the video-conferencing platform, monitor test-takers live, record and update the file and exam to the main database, answer live chat, connect the test-taker and proctor on a video-conferencing platform, send an Email to the Institution’s accounts manager, and Instructors regarding the exam, scheduling, and refund
Update the database and records of the test-taker.

Working from home gives us a lot of time for our families and saves us the traveling to work every day.
