Albert Ripani – Order Entry Processing, Project Engineer
Hi, I’m Albert Ripani, and I wear a lot of hats when it comes to my professional life. From managing orders and overseeing engineering projects to training teams and driving digital marketing initiatives, I thrive on variety and delivering results in every role I take on.
I’m originally from the City of Baguio, Philippines, where I developed a passion for technology and leadership. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Information Systems at Saint Louis University in 2016, which gave me a strong foundation in technical skills and problem-solving. Since then, my career has been all about blending technical expertise with leadership and creativity to achieve success.
I started my career in 2017 as a Data Entry Specialist at DN Coded, working in digital marketing and real estate. I spent a lot of time identifying potential clients, managing customer data, and creating simple but effective landing pages. It was a great way to learn how to balance technical tools like LinkedIn and Salesforce CRM with clear communication and teamwork.
From there, I moved into training roles at Global Agility Solutions LLC, where I helped develop programs to improve employee performance and engagement. In 2019, I became a Training Specialist, creating and delivering training sessions while engaging with prospects on platforms like LinkedIn to strengthen connections. By 2022, I had stepped up as a Senior Trainer, mentoring junior trainers and implementing advanced learning management systems. This role taught me how to empower teams while aligning training goals with broader organizational strategies.
In 2023, I joined WIPRO LTD. as a Project Engineer. This role was all about planning and managing engineering projects, ensuring they met specifications, deadlines, and budgets. I worked closely with teams and stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain brand consistency across marketing materials. It was a great opportunity to merge my engineering knowledge with my experience in digital marketing.
Around the same time, I worked as a Virtual Sales Staff member at Westgate Manufacturing. My main focus was order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with different departments to keep everything running smoothly. I’ve always prided myself on being detail-oriented, and this role allowed me to hone that skill further.
I bring a lot of skills to the table. I’m proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, AutoCAD, and SAP, and I have a solid foundation in coding languages like PHP, JavaScript, and SQL. My leadership skills—like conflict resolution, team building, and coaching—are some of my strongest assets. I also enjoy diving into marketing platforms like Hootsuite, HubSpot CRM, and Pardot to bridge the gap between technical workflows and creative strategies.
On top of that, I love working with people. Whether I’m mentoring a colleague, collaborating with a team, or delivering a training session, I focus on clear communication and creating a positive, productive environment.
Outside of work, I’m always looking for ways to grow and learn. I recently completed my IELTS General Training, achieving an overall band score of 5.5 (CEFR Level B2). It’s important to me to stay adaptable and ready for opportunities that connect me to a global audience.
