Alexxandra Nicolle J.Lozada – General Virtual Assistant

Hello, I’m Alexxandra Nicolle J. Lozada, but you can call me Alex. So I’m 23 years old from San Pablo City, Laguna, Philippines. I’m the oldest daughter of my parents, and I have a younger sister who goes to school. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Laguna State Polytechnic University. I was a consistent dean’s lister and also awarded the best in thesis since we won the Research Congress held in my university. So, for my hobbies, I tend to read books about self-development as I’m really curious about how the brains work and how we are feeling things and how to improve ourselves and such. I also have plans to take the board exam but not this year or in a few years since I want to build up my experiences and also the courage to take the board exam. And especially the money since it can be quite expensive to review for the CPALE. And if I would review, I would choose to work while reviewing since I can’t afford to stop working since I’m funding my younger sister’s tuition and also giving back to my parent’s hard work. So for my experiences, I was a bookings and finance assistant for an aquatics therapy services company, 12 months it was a small company but I was the one that manages the booking system across our platforms and I was the one front facing the customers for booking classes. I was also the one that reconciled the customer payments such as invoices and customer insurance claims, through the accounting software called Xero.

While my primary experience lies in being a General VA, I am confident in my ability to seamlessly transition into a different role. Over my diverse experiences, I have the essential skills such as efficient scheduling, meticulous documentation, and adept use of different tools that are applicable across various industries.  My adaptability, quick learning, and proactive approach are key attributes that would enable me to swiftly grasp the unique aspects of different tasks within this niche. I am committed to acquiring the specific knowledge required for the role and leveraging my existing skills to contribute effectively to the smooth functioning of processes within this company. My strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to providing comprehensive support make me a suitable candidate for this. I am eager to bring my versatile skill set to contribute to the success of your team and the overall efficiency of your operations.  While I am deeply committed to my professional growth, my personal aspirations remain just as important. I have always been passionate about self-development, constantly seeking ways to improve myself through reading and learning.
