Hello, I am Ana Margarita Bautista, you can call me Ana. I’m a happily married woman who embraces the joy of married life without children. At the age of 18, embarking on the journey of adulthood, I found my footing in the professional world with my first job. Little did I know, it would mark the beginning of a diverse and enriching career path.

My career trajectory led me to the bustling world of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), where for 9 and a half years, I thrived as a Training and Development professional. It was here that I honed my skills, shaping individuals into efficient assets for the corporate realm. The dynamic nature of the BPO industry provided me with challenges that fueled my growth and passion for nurturing talent.

After almost a decade in training, an exciting shift took place in my professional narrative. I transitioned into Executive Services, taking on the role of an Executive Assistant to the CEO in a reputable Real Estate company in Australia. This shift not only showcased my adaptability but also exposed me to the intricacies of high-level corporate operations. As the right hand to the CEO, I navigated the fast-paced world of real estate with finesse and dedication.

The journey didn’t stop there. My career compass pointed me to the Middle East, where I assumed the position of an Office Admin in an Insurance Broker Company. This international stint broadened my horizons, providing me with a global perspective on administrative functions and the insurance industry.

Life took an unexpected turn with the onset of the pandemic in 2020. Circumstances led me back to the Philippines, and I found myself back in the BPO industry, this time in the training department again. The virtual landscape became my new workplace as I adapted to remote work during these challenging times.

Working from home turned out to be a silver lining. The transition not only allowed me to continue my professional journey seamlessly but also brought about a positive change in my work-life balance. The absence of daily commutes and office distractions facilitated a more focused and productive work routine.

As I navigated through the twists and turns of my career, each experience contributed to shaping the multifaceted professional I am today. From training and development in the BPO sector to executive assistance in real estate, from international administration to remote training during a pandemic – my story is a testament to resilience, adaptability, and continuous growth.
