As an experienced Outdoor Educator with a diverse background in hospitality, customer service, social work and volunteering, I bring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for outdoor activities. Living overseas has further enhanced my interpersonal skills and sensitivity to diversity. My dedication to ongoing education is evident through my pursuit of a Bachelor of Outdoor Leadership and my previous certifications in Youth Work, Community Services, and Christian Ministry and Theology. In addition to my outdoor expertise, I possess strong administrative skills that make me a well-rounded candidate.

I have demonstrated effective communication skills in roles such as an Inbound Customer Care Consultant, Corporate Boardroom Attendant, and Receptionist/Delivery Driver. These experiences required clear and professional communication with clients, customers, and team members.

Throughout my work history, I have showcased efficient time management skills, balancing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines. Attention to detail is another strength, as evidenced by my roles as a Picker Packer and Food and Beverage Shift Manager, where accuracy in tasks such as order fulfilment and inventory management was crucial.

In administrative roles, problem-solving abilities are essential, and my experience in customer service has honed my ability to identify and resolve conflicts or issues efficiently. I also possess computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Avaya and MYOB. And I am competent in data entry, transcription, email management, database management, mailing lists, creating PowerPoint presentations, calendar and appointment management, formatting documents, research assistance and liaising with suppliers.

I possess several relevant certifications, including Responsible Service of Alcohol, a Full Manual Driver’s License, a Working With Children Check, and a current Police Check. These credentials reflect my commitment to safety, professionalism, and ethical standards. In addition to my professional experiences, I have actively engaged in volunteer work, serving as a mentor, support facilitator, and cabin leader in various organizations. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong leadership skills, empathy, and a dedication to making a positive impact on the community.
