Arvin Mojica – Administrative Assistant

Hi my name is Arvin Mojica, and I am an undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. I am 39 years old and living a happily married life with my two kids and with my very supportive wife.

I have more than 5 years experience working as a Customer/Technical Support Representative in the BPO Industry. I also have 7 years experience working in Dubai in a real estate firm. Initially, I was a Documentation and Collection Specialist handling client’s accounts. After a few years, I was promoted and became a licensed real estate broker in Dubai and then an operation manager at our firm. I have a vast experience working in a real estate firm and understanding real estate laws. We do sales and leasing as well.

Prior to working in Dubai in a real estate firm, I worked as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative handling US based accounts. With these experiences I learned how important it is to be reliable, how to manage time, to be creative and be resourceful and it greatly improved my communication skills.

I also experienced creating my own Shopify store and was able to try E-commerce before the pandemic. I was able to successfully sell my products through dropshipping unfortunately, the pandemic happened, and it greatly affects my small business.

The pandemic is one of the reasons I left my previous job in Dubai and right now I am looking for a home-based job as I believe that working from is the best solution these days as it is safer, you will have more time with your family, and it is very much cost efficient.

I have the equipment and a very good internet connection reaching 200 Mbps to work at home properly and efficiently. I am very flexible and with my background and technical experience I can work as a technical support representative and with my background in real estate I can also work as a real estate virtual assistant. I am a fast learner and knowledgeable with using Microsoft office specially Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I also know how to do web designing through HTML, CSS and JAVA.

I can say that I am also a gamer and love to play role playing games and shooting games as well, it is my hobby to play Valorant, Call of Duty, PUBG and Dota 2. I also have a pet dog – a belgian malinois who is a very intelligent and talented dog.

I believe that with my experience and knowledge I am well suited and ready to take on any virtual assistant job with the right attitude and mentality.
