Chippendale Pante – Customer Service and Administration
Hello! My name is Chippendale Pante.
I’m an expert in my field, currently looking for my next challenge! I am ambitious and hardworking and have proved to be a valuable member of every team I’ve been a part of.
I’ve always had a passion for learning. I am an active member of the church since I grew up having parents who are very active in serving the ministry. I became a member of Youth for Christ and eventually Singles for Christ. I was also part of the Lectors club and catechism.
I finished my Bachelor’s Degree and eventually worked as an Admin Assistant for a semiconductor company. During that time, I saw the demand for call center agents and applied to one of the BPO companies in our city. I was trained from customer service to technical support. I was awarded several times for my outstanding performance and became one of the blue hats known as subject matter experts.
After several years, I shifted to a financial account, assisting clients from the USA to the UK. I assist customers in billing, general inquiries and KYC. I also took the chance to take some trainings offered by the company and participate in corporate social responsibility. I am an advocate member of working parents and became a Nurture member who promotes balance for work and family life.
I became an expert in customer service after 10 years of working in BPO. To leverage that experience, I took some trainings to be become a General Virtual Assistant and internship for Social Media Marketing.
