Cristina Cavalles – CSR and Administrative Assistant
I am an associate graduate of Computer Secretarial and an undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I am also a freelance Realtor with License.
My dream was to become a Physician, but unfortunately, it didn’t go through because I wasn’t destined to become one. I shifted to a different path.
Now I’m focused on always learning new things and skills. My hobbies and interest shifted to a new level of learning which is how to earn a living from home. I am focused on excelling with home based work and being a successful freelancer who provides great customer service.
I started freelancing back in 2010 after I graduated with my associate degree. I began as a data entry specialist, then became a personal online secretary, office admin, social media manager, and event planning specialist. I then joined a BPO and became part of an inbound call center to enhance my customer service skills.
I would say, I have the ability to perform tasks in a timely manner using my varied skills. And of course I have the experience to back it up.
