Cyrus Sagucio – Customer Service, Real Estate

I am Cyrus Martin Sagucio, most of my friends call me Cy, and I am a real estate virtual assistant and a musician.

I have been through different types of work from teaching, to customer service and to eBay specialists and I never thought that being a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or Property Management Assistant would be the one I enjoy working the most.

I started being a VA for a real estate company back in 2019. I never had any experience nor any idea how real estate works, but through training and experience, I gained a lot of knowledge.

I worked with seven property managers at the same time in my previous company. There I learned to manage tenants and owners, drafting the new lease and lease renewals, conducting comparative market analysis, entering bills and invoices into the system, and even organizing routine inspections. It was tough at first, but as time went by, I was able to cope up with the challenges, do tasks with confidence and accuracy until it got to the point where I was thinking it makes me feel like a real property manager.

I love music.

I love singing and I play the guitar. If I am not able to hold my guitar and play it for a few minutes for the day, it feels like my day is not complete. It feels like there is something missing, that is how important music is to my life.

I have been singing and playing the guitar since I was thirteen. I formed a band together with my friends when I was younger, and we compete in school or at any other private events like the battle of the bands. Our songs mostly rocked, because we love to rock and roll. Noisy and distorted music was very famous during that time and it was really a fun teenage experience.

As years went by, our band got disbanded and it was the end of rock and roll. I switched to acoustic learned different genres and there I decided to record all the songs I love to sing on my songbook and I use it every time I sing to family events.

Music does a lot to me. It takes my stress away if I am stressed. It takes away bad emotions that make me emotional and sad. It is my escape away from negativity.

Despite being a musician, I never pursued my music profession. I am best at being a real estate virtual assistant, but music will always be part of my life.
