I’ve been in the call centre industry for 3 years and I’ve worked home-based as an appointment setter, transcriptionist, call analyst, social media manager and support consultant for 4 years.

During my time in the call centre, I started as a customer service representative for a Canadian and a U.S telecom company, handling customer queries ranging from billing to account management.

Then, I became an account management specialist for a U.S. beauty and nutrition firm, handling product inquiries, order fulfilment and tracking from their client base.

I have also worked as a technical support specialist under a different program catering for a variety of technical assistance using root-cause analysis and providing appropriate solution to achieve first call resolution and improve customer experience.

When I was still in the call centre industry, I did a side hustle as a transcriptionist, transcribing audio recording using clean and full verbatim and an in-house style guide and as a call analyst, listening and auditing calls using guidelines and providing feedback for improvement.

darelle-loreto-vaI pivoted to a full-time home-based job, reaching out via phone to consumer leads for a credit repair law firm and once the lead’s interest is captured, transfer the call to a deal closer. Apart from that, I reach out to decision-makers of businesses, usually owners, CEO’s and such to introduce the service we offer and if they’re interested, I transfer the call for service or product demo. This was for a reputation management company.

And just recently, I had the chance to work with an educational technology firm in Australia with a global market that was providing Software as a Service to universities, graduate organisations and graduate employers.

By being an unconventional thinker and itching to punch above my weight, I have helped my previous team and clients achieve their project goals. My knowledge in marketing, operations, client/customer success and a wide variety of web-based and desktop software allows me to easily take on any task I am assigned.

As a team player, I collaborate and communicate to attain the level of success the team have in mind. I am a quick study, I welcome challenges, and using a planned approach, overcome those challenges even under pressure. Dedicated and goal-driven, I always begin with the end in mind.
