Hi, my name is Flor. I am a mother and a driven individual who values family, career growth, and creating a balanced life. I graduated with a degree in AB Sociology, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding people, communication, and building relationships—skills that have been instrumental in my career as a Virtual Assistant.

My professional journey started in traditional office settings, where I worked in customer service and administrative roles. Over time, I found my passion for helping others succeed, which led me to transition into the world of real estate. Working as a Transaction Coordinator and Virtual Assistant for a real estate agent based in the U.S., I discovered how fulfilling it is to play a vital role in streamlining operations and providing excellent client support.

At first, the idea of working remotely was intimidating. It meant stepping into an entirely new environment where I had to rely heavily on self-discipline, adaptability, and resourcefulness. However, I was determined to create a career that allowed me to contribute meaningfully to my clients while giving me the flexibility to be there for my family. Looking back now, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in transaction coordination, CRM management, social media marketing, email and calendar management, and data entry. I’ve worked with tools like Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, Canva, and Google Workspace, which have allowed me to support my clients in achieving their goals. I take pride in being proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable. Whether it’s managing contracts, organizing schedules, or creating engaging content, I always strive to deliver high-quality results.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been building long-term relationships with clients. I value open communication and take the time to understand their unique needs. This approach has not only helped me grow professionally but has also given me the opportunity to see the impact of my work on their success.

Working from home has given me the best of both worlds: a fulfilling career and the ability to spend quality time with my family. I cherish the flexibility it provides and the chance to continue growing while staying connected to the people who matter most to me.
