Overview
Ivy Sadernas – Executive Assistant
I am Ivy, 26 years of age, living with my loving and supportive family.
I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Chemistry. However, I did not pursue teaching because I find work from home jobs very convenient and it gives me satisfaction in everything that I do. I started this work-from-home career when I was still in college in order for me to support my studies and buy the necessary things I needed like a laptop and other stuff that is useful for my education.
Before entering the online world, I was a volunteer of the organization that I am in and I was a secretariat, a customer service head, and an admin staff. That is why through these experiences I was confident enough to apply for a job online.
I started being a virtual assistant of an animation company where I manage the email and calendar of my client. My other task is to research and connect with animators using fiverr.com. I am the one contacting them and sending them offers. After that, I schedule their meetings with my client.
Next, I was a real estate virtual assistant where I worked as admin staff, social media manager, and mire. For the admin role, I manage and update the statuses of our listings, email, and calendar of my boss, schedule of our coach using Zoho CRM. Regarding calls, I schedule the call between our coach and her agent/client using uber conference. For social media, I manage Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I am the one editing depending on what my client wants and needs.
Next would be when I was a customer service representative. I was a blended/hybrid agent since I handled two accounts, both shopping and credit card accounts. In this experience, I harnessed my skill in helping and taking care of the people and giving them the satisfaction that they deserved.
I then worked as a virtual assistant and manager of the CRM gohighlevel. In this experience, I was able to learn and create funnels, landing pages, membership sites, creating triggers for the automation to fully function well. This includes automation with email, SMS, and voice mail campaigns.
Lastly is when I was with Matchmakerreview. I was a virtual assistant, a CRM manager, and a social media manager. We handle both matchmakers and singles. For the matchmaker side, we handle them using the CRM gohighlevel. Inside their own accounts, we create their funnels, landing pages and membership sites, campaigns, and many more. For the singles side, we manage their Facebook. When it comes to social media, I am the one scheduling every single photo, content, or video that our content creator and editor finished. Also, for the technical side, whenever there are automations that would not function, I am the one tracing everything what went wrong.
All these experiences that I have acquired taught me to be humble, patient, grateful, and to love, and to be excellent in everything that I do. That is why my goal right now is definitely to help clients lessen their load.
Right now, I still always push myself to be excellent in every way. Reminding myself every day to be grateful and thankful for the opportunities that have been given to me.
