I am a skilled service provider who has a range of skills in administrative tasks such as answering and transferring phone calls, taking phone messages from clients, forwarding emails from clients to appropriate recipients, handling concerns and complaints, business correspondence, communicating with other employees and upper management, scheduling appointments and meetings, recording daily incoming and outgoing transactions, updating office accounts via online tools, processing payments, composing financial reports on a monthly basis, keeping track of receipts of expenses, maintaining calendars for executives, taking regular inventory of supplies, organising files in a way that can be easily accessed and understood by other employees, basic photo and video editing and many other. In my spare time, I love reading books, especially self-help books. The recent book that I have read is Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki which is about how the author was influenced by his two fathers about money and investing. I adore reading books because it sets me on a path where I can read, implement the tactics learnt, and better my life without having to rely on others. Thus, I can achieve my goals and considerably enhance the way I live if I read, learn, and decide to design my own life plan and carefully perform the required things to make myself better. Also, reading helps me to gain a greater feeling of confidence over time, which enables me to get out of any difficult situation without the assistance of others. Also, it teaches me how to be mentally tough and rely on myself, as well as how to handle and untangle the knots of daily life and work.

Moreover, I also use my free time exploring different social media platforms for me to be updated about what’s new in finance, fashion, politics, tools and many more. This gives me up-to-date information about a lot of things which aid me in my day-to-day interaction with others and the ability to deliver any work asked from me.
