Liezel Nofuente – General Virtual Assistant

Hello! I am Liezel Nofuente. They call me Liz, Lizzy, or Machie. I am a graduate of BS IT Major in Multimedia at Holy Angel University in Angeles City, Pampanga. I am a highly motivated individual with a goal-oriented mindset and an eagerness to learn. I continuously strive to improve my skills and knowledge in various fields.

In addition to my academic pursuits, my work history in the BPO and offshore industry started in 2011.

I started out as an ESL tutor/ teacher while I was in college doing our thesis, and I was an OJT student too. I have shared my knowledge and expertise with Korean students by teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) through both online and face-to-face platforms. This also taught me the importance of effective communication and the need to be patient and understanding when working with individuals from different cultural backgrounds.

My experience in the BPO industry has honed my skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. Furthermore, my dedication to education and helping others achieve their goals has been a driving force in my professional life.

Through the years, I was able to adapt to different cultures, traditions, and environments with each company and colleague I worked with. I was also able to develop and hasten my critical thinking and decision-making skills as I have been tasked to handle a team with one of the companies I worked with. I can say some of my most outstanding assets are that I am trustworthy, reliable, resilient, resourceful, and keen on details.

I am also a parent to three wonderful children. My eldest is a bright and energetic seven-year-old boy, while my two lovely girls are five years old and eight months old respectively. As a dedicated parent, and someone who is constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, I believe that upskilling is crucial, especially in the fast-paced world of technology. I am eager to discover new things and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in my field. I am constantly learning and growing to ensure that I am providing the best possible environment for my children.

My family is undoubtedly my source of inspiration and motivation to succeed in my career and personal life. I am excited to see where my journey will take me next, both as a professional in the industry and as a parent.
