Mark Anthony Monsales – Customer Service, Real Estate

Hi, my name is Mark Anthony, but you can call me Mccoy. I’m a nursing graduate and a proud single father to my 12-year-old daughter. I’m a huge fan of motorcycles and cars, and I love going on rides with my friends. I also participate in events like Ride for a Cause, where we donate school supplies to elementary schools. Music is a big part of my life—I used to be in a band where I played drums and dabbled with the guitar, and I can sing too. I’m an avid fish enthusiast with a passion for aquascaping. I enjoy playing video games, especially on PlayStation and Mobile Legends. As a huge NBA fan, I admire players like LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, and Derrick Rose for their leadership on and off the court. On the business side, we run a small venture that offers carwash and auto detailing services, as well as an online shop selling caps, hats, and even fish.

In terms of my work experience, I’ve had a variety of roles: I worked as a hotel front desk clerk for 2 years. I spent 7 years in the BPO industry as a customer service representative for Amazon, DirecTV, and AT&T, providing both call and chat support. I later became a support coach for new hires; I also worked as a fraud analyst for Citibank.

Recently, I worked as a freelance virtual assistant, where I’ve been for 2 years and 6 months. During that time, I’ve gained extensive experience in real estate tasks, including house style comparison, conducting comparables (CMAs), and handling cold-calling scenarios, lead generation and skip tracing, as well as managing drip campaigns, managing social media accounts, creating websites, and business pages on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I’m proficient with tools like Launch Control App, CallRail, FreedomSoft, Batch Leads, PropStream, REsimpli, Monday.com, Trello, Realflow, and more. I have experience with video editing using Filmora, adding captions with Auto Cap and Submagic, and creating content for Facebook reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
