Peace Moses – Virtual Assistant, Business Development Manager

Hi. I am Peace Moses, a graduate of Computer Engineering from the University of Uyo, Uyo, Nigeria. I started my career in a traditional office setting 5 years ago, where I worked closely with executives, handling schedules, organising meetings and coordinating logistics/travel. This is when I realised the power of administrative support in driving business success. I began exploring administrative roles, discovering a passion for helping executives and teams streamline their operations, manage their time and focus on what truly matters which is growing their business.

During this time, I honed my skills in productivity tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, while mastering data management, document control and record-keeping. The satisfaction I got knowing that I was helping leaders achieve their goals moved me to seek more knowledge, deepen my expertise and broaden my scope of responsibilities.

As the world evolved to remote work, I saw an opportunity to leverage my skills in a virtual environment. And as learning and development are continuous, I earned certifications in Virtual Assistant Training from ALX Africa, Google Technical Support Fundamentals Certificate from Coursera. These certifications further strengthened my technical expertise and equipped me with advanced skills in virtual support, and cloud-based tools like Asana, Trello, Slack and Canva, allowing me to efficiently manage tasks and projects from anywhere. And expanding my experience to managing complex calendars, schedule meetings and organised both personal and business logistics, ensuring seamless communication and task execution across teams.

In addition to my administrative duties, I have developed proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Zendesk and Freshdesk, handling customer inquiries, maintained client databases and ensured that data remain accurate and in compliance with company standards. I also used tools like Canva and CapCut to create captivating content and manage branding, enhancing the online presence of the companies I supported.

Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for being organised, detail-oriented and adaptable. My ability to prioritise tasks in fast-paced environments has helped me meet tight deadlines while still ensuring quality and precision. I pride myself in providing reliable support, whether in-person or remotely with the ability to collaborate across varying time zones and deliver seamless virtual assistance.

The remote setting truly excites me, the work-life balance and independence it offers are privileges that I value deeply. I am thrilled about the opportunity to bring my diverse skills and experience, learn more skills and knowledge and build a successful career.
