Presheila Hingpit – Admin Assistant, Pharma Assisstant

Hi! I am Presheila Hingpit, you can call me Mara, and I’m from the Philippines, happily married with two kids’ daughters and a son. I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Public Administration in Local Gobvernance in Bukidnon State University, after I graduate, I already work in Smart communication company which i was a cashier, inventory clerk and an encoder for the mobile plan however I did not stay long because I need to go home in my province which is Bukidnon. Luckily, as I applied multiple times, I was hired at Solidmark Company and I was employed for 5 years. My role was the same as I was in charge in Smart Company. Additionally, I was a documentary clerk, where I focused on data entry of financial statements, sales daily target and monthly target. As for an inventory clerk, I monitored the stocks of the outbound and inbound and the slow-moving stocks, physical count versus system monitoring.

The most recent job I got hired for was a Pharma Assistant. I am assisting the pharmacist by dispensing medicine to the patient, validating prescriptions and over-the-counter medicine, inventorying the nearly expired medicine and customer communication for a better transaction with the client. Along with my journey with multiple tasks, I learned the skills that everyday needed. I know how to handle customers with their most needs, time management a detail-oriented employee. Hardships across my job titles have adapted my willingness to strive hard and be motivated because I realised not all the hardships give you a headache, but it could also be a starting point for you to be an outstanding employee. Now that I am deciding to be part as a Virtual Assistant, I know this is a new beginning and not easy to get hired, but I do hope there is a client who can reach me and have a deep discussion for the future.
