Seth Darren Umali – Customer Service Representative

Hi, I’m Seth Darren Umali. You can call me Darren. I live in the humble town of San Jose, Batangas, in the Philippines. I graduated from Batangas State University with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management last 2018. It’s been 6 years already since I graduated and currently I work in TTEC formerly known as Teletech as a Customer Service Representative for a healthcare insurance account based in the United States.

In our work, my main tasks are data entry, invoicing, processing insurance claims, and also reviewing medical records. Also, I am a hardworking person, goal-oriented and also family-oriented individual. In my personality traits, obviously I am an ambivert person. My hobbies and interests are watching movies and sci-fi series, because sci-fi is my main genre. I also love to listen music every time but most of the time I spend my extra hours after work doing upskilling in which I can get myself a learning and gaining some knowledge in the internet I browse courses and finished them with certificates and also I enjoy to attend different meetings in which I can use to develop my self in professional and personal ways.

Last 2023, I gained a certificate as a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) here in the Philippines. On my rest days, I also spend my time driving. I love cars so much, and I also consider myself a car enthusiast. My dream is to get in Australia to work because Australia has been my dream country since I was young and i promised myself that someday if I can get enough savings and build up skills i will pursue my Australian dream and hoping that dream to be come true as well as becoming a virtual assistant thank you.
