Hi, my name is Mae Angiele Cabase Brita, a loving mother of a 1-year-old baby girl and a supportive wife. I am the eldest child among 4 children of a farming couple. I worked as an HR and Admin Officer in a manpower agency for three years. I was responsible for the recruitment, selection, hiring and conducting employee performance evaluations. I also conducted orientation and seminars for our newly hired employees. Aside from that, I was responsible for all the administrative tasks like updating the master list database, preparing and filing reports, preparing memos, ID’s, and contracts for employees. Because of my hard work and perseverance in my past job, I was awarded as the Most Improved Employee of the year 2017.
