Adriane Toleco – CSR and Lead Generation

Adriane Toleco CasualHi I’m Adriane Toleco and let me give you a quick tour of my life.

You can call me ‘Ian’ or ‘Yanny’ – I’m cool with both! I was born and raised in a small town of Bacolod City at Negros Occidental which is known as the City of Smiles. I strongly believe that it was never an accident that I was born here as it perfectly reflects my personality of a fun-loving person.

I’m a graduate of Hospitality and Tourism Management and landed my first Job as a cook in a hotel. The position lasted for 6 months as my mother and I started our our food business near our home. As the business grew I decided to apply for work in the BPO industry – and stayed in this career for almost 7 years. I was involved in a wide range of positions in the industry, including Chat and Email support, Technical, Sales, and Financial Account Specialist. Finally I landed my first freelance job as a Customer Service and Operations Manager in a financial account.

Outside of my busy schedule, I teach musical instruments like guitar, bass and drums at my church. This has been my personal commitment to God for almost 5 years as my thanksgiving to Him. Through this I met my 6 years partner and we enjoy helping out different churches as music teachers and helping them build their music department. I think my passion to teach is in our blood, as my younger brother and my mother are both teachers and since I was not able to follow their course I applied this passion in a different way and that is through music.

Through my work experiences I have developed integrity, patience and perseverance. I believe these characteristics will be a great help when achieving tasks or goals assigned to me. I will always make sure that I provide the best results in everything I do.

My favorite author, Zig Ziglar said “It was character that got us out of bed, commitment that moved us into action, and discipline that enabled us to follow through”. And as I continue to aspire to become the best version of myself, I will always be thankful for all the trials I have encountered and will experience in the future. They become part of my process, preparing me for all the goals I’m reaching.
