Amanda Aguirre – Customer Service Representative

Let me tell you a little bit of something about myself. I took up a Food Service Associate degree at O.B Montessori here in the Philippines. I have a 10-year of BPO experience handling Email and Chat support.

I also have 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant and have handled Insurance Accounts where I do quote for my clients. I also worked for an Immigration Broker company handling admin tasks like data entry, reviewing resumes uploading documents, and sending emails to applicants.

I am a fast learner and when I transitioned to becoming a virtual assistant, I learned how to be independent when working on my tasks. I am very resourceful and would use all my resources first before asking for help. I am humbled and open to asking questions when needed. I am also open to constructive criticism especially when I know that it will help me improve my skills.

I am also used to multi-tasking and can do several tasks all at the same time and remain focus. I consider myself a perfectionist. I make sure I check my work multiple times to make sure that I do not make a mistake but if I do, I assure you that I own up to my mistakes and make sure to avoid them moving forward.

Amanda-Aguirre-vaI love working as a Virtual Assistant because this way, I can easily manage my time for work and my time for my family. I believe that if you love what you are doing no matter how heavy or how light the tasks are you will not consider it as a burden, and you will also strive so harder to make sure that your client is happy with what service you can provide.

With this being said, I want you to know that I love being a Virtual Assistant and that alone can guarantee that you will be getting the best out of me that no time will be wasted in completing whatever tasks that is given to me.
