Bonnie Forrester – Administrative Assistant

bonnie-forrester-vaHello, my name is Bonnie Forrester, I am a 25-year-old female who has a son and husband. I have lived in western Sydney, Australia my whole life. My mother was a single mother of myself and my older brother who suffered a disability. It was a challenging childhood but it turned me into the determined woman I am today. I am married to my husband who I have been with for over 8 years and we have an 8-month old son and a fur child aka dog. My mother now lives in Tasmania and I live here with my husband in Western Sydney.

I would love to be your VA. I have been a medical secretary for the last 6 years and have worked for three doctors by myself doing all their bookings, managing diaries, emails, invoices, ordering, spreadsheets, schedule, meeting set ups, typing/creating transcriptions and more. It was a big challenge when I first started this job but I picked it up super easy and quick and I was left to do it all by myself after 2 months of training. I made my own way of controlling everything and overcoming challenges that my job would threw at me with my own problem-solving skills.

I like to work closely with my chargers and build a relationship with them to support them in their business more bonnie-forrester-vaefficiently. It is always my goal to make my client’s life a lot easier with me taking on their some of the workload that they can’t attend to because of their busy lifestyle.

I take a lot of pride in my work and I always make sure I have everything done down to the smallest details. I have amazing time efficiency and work ethic.

I am a new mother and I can work part time to full time hours. I am making a living for my son and I take pride in my work and my home life to help provide for my family.

I have certificates from my previous jobs and in the courses I took including time management, problem solving, leadership, and data entry which I can say have helped mould me into the working woman I am today.

I am happy to take on any workload and make your life easier with anything you need me to do. I am very easy to contact and always available to answer calls or emails and work at any time of the day that you need me to.
