Mark Vincent Bayno – Administrative Assistant, Customer Service

mark-vincent-bayno-vaMy name is Mark Vincent but you can just call me Mark.

I graduated from a public school and took up Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. Looking back, I was an active and competitive student during my academic years. I joined a lot of affiliations and organizations in the University; I was a Campus Ambassador, Campus Journalist, Campus Debater and officer in different organisations. I also did hosting jobs in various school events and was invited as a student guest speaker in countless seminars on the campus. Other than that, I have received an exemplary award during the entire period of my on the job training.

Shortly after my graduation, I went to the big city and applied in a BPO company and worked as a Customer Sales Representative to be able to support my two siblings in college. Then I also applied in a Forex company and worked as a Business Consultant.

In the year 2013, I decided to go back to my province to chase a new path and fortunately I found a nice grand opportunity where I can work near home with my family. Thankfully, I was lucky enough that I got hired in an outsourcing mark-vincent-bayno-vacompany(Australian-based) as an Executive Assistant where I worked virtually and directly with our Australian clients. My client owns a Tour Operation in Maitland named All Australian Journey. It is an award winning and known company in NSW. I helped my clients with administrative jobs. I worked with the CEO, Manager, Travel consultants, accountant, sales and marketing consultants and drivers. My job was not only focused on the tour operation, I also did brochure editing; grammatical errors, spelling, layout and the like. Long story short, without any overstatement, I was able to get a special training in Australia and was so lucky to experience free tours across the country. I was so happy working with them for years. I have learned so much from my work and from the people I have worked with. Throughout my career, I have developed my interpersonal skills and this molded my character. I must say that in my journey, I have changed and grew as a person through my experiences. My knowledge, skills, interests, even my values and personality have all changed.
