Christian Jude Logronio – General Virtual Assistant

Hello, my name is Christian Jude Logronio, but you may address me as Chris. I am currently 26 years old and live in Tanza, Cavite. Over the past years, I have worked to make a career that I will love, particularly being remote. It has been an already changing journey, and I have been able to experience various different roles across multiple industries.

I started my career in customer service and sales and had the opportunity to work with companies like T-Mobile Prepaid and AT&T Mobility. I further developed my communication skills, learned to handle complex situations with customers, and enjoyed helping people get what they needed. That laid the foundation for what I do now.

In 2023, I dove into the medical technology space as a Medical Technical Support Engineer at HBox Inc. It was challenging yet gratifying, as it involved researching and diagnosing technical issues before resolution with health care providers. I had picked up the importance of accuracy with timeliness in the support provided at critical junctures and had furthered my appreciation of the juncture between technology and healthcare.

This led me to the position of working on lead generation and management of social media at ND Marketing LLC. I acquired the skills of lead research and tracking, outreach strategy formulation, and development of appropriate creative content for social media. My experiences in both allowed me to grow digitally in knowledge related to marketing and to be able to connect businesses of various types.

I have also done support jobs in relation to data and email management, supporting companies like iFootage Gear with enquiries from customers and questions about their products. These roles allowed me to bring organisational skills into practice, and I am one of those people who enjoy finding better ways of streamlining workflows.

Working from home has become the new normal for me, and I would not want it any other way. The flexibility and autonomy gained while working from home for the past two years are immeasurable. I have developed my ability to work independently, setting goals for myself and staying focused, both when working in a team and performing tasks on my own. It has given me time and balance to concentrate more on personal life, something which I value so much.

Continuing forward, I look towards further growth in my career, learning new skills, and bringing my expertise to a place where I will make a difference. Whether through process, client support, or project management, the goal remains to be all that I can be in every action I take.
