Claudine Pajo – Executive Assistant

claudine-pajo-vaHi! My name is Claudine Pajo. I took up Development Tourism Management at Ateneo de Naga University. I am married and I have 3 lovely furbabies. I live in Marikina City, Metro Manila. During this pandemic, I started to love collecting plants and I love to cook different dishes during my free time.

I worked in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative for a Directory Inquiries account based in the UK. I handled inbound calls and provided business and residential phone numbers, movie times and train times, and other enhanced services like restaurant bookings. I worked for this account for 7 years. I was a consistent top performer and I was awarded as the Customer Service Representative of the year in 2014. Then an opportunity came and I was hired as a Senior Fulfillment Advisor for a lending account based in the UK. I was in charge of the front end and backend of the loan process. This is where I learned how to multitask. I have handled inbound and outbound calls, email and chat support, and administrative tasks.

After 2 years, I have decided to work from home. I set up my home office so that I can still keep myself focused at work. My first client was a real estate agent based in Florida, USA. My daily task was to do outbound calling reaching out to homeowners who are interested in buying or selling a property. I have used the MOJO dialer which is connected to Ring Central. I was consistent in meeting my targets of the number of appointments each week how every client had to migrate to Canada so my job had to end. Then I got hired as a Senior Customer Service Representative for a payment processor that caters to dental, medical, and veterinary clinics in the USA. I have used various web-based platforms and tools such as Zoho email, CRM, docs and WIKI, Adobe, and VPN. I also worked as a part-time Virtual Assistant for a moving company based in Victoria, Australia. I handled the incoming leads/customer inquiries who needs assistance in arranging all the items they need to move.

I have gained a lot of knowledge in using different tools and platforms and skills from my previous jobs that can help me to excel on the tasks that will be assigned to me. Working from home gives me a work-life balance that keeps me motivated. I am very reliable, I can work with minimal supervision and I am very dependable and I did not have any attendance issues from my past employers.
