Eliezer Paner – Mechanical Designer, 3D Modeler, Drafter, Prototype Simulation

I have worked as a Mechanical designer, 3D modeler, Mechanical Drafter for 7 years.

I started working as a mechanical designer for 2 years for a precision machining company. I finished 24 types of jigs and fixtures during my stay in the company. Examples of these are orientation jigs, location jigs, go no go jigs, counter jigs, rotating jigs, horizontal tool stand, vertical tool stand, slides etc.

My tasks mostly cover meeting with clients to discuss process improvements in the production line and design presentations, designing & 3D modeling, 3D assembly, drawing detailing, making Bill of materials and production assistance that is design related.

The design software I use are Solidworks, AutoCAD and Keyshot for product presentation. For project management I used Excel.

My next job is a product designer for almost 5 years. I finished 4 models of refrigerators and 2 models of freezer during my stay in the company.
My tasks cover parts evaluation, designing & 3D modeling, 3D assembly, drawing detailing, design revisions, prototyping, photorealistic rendering, product presentation, CFD/FEA simulation, making Bill of materials, production assistance that is design related.

In this job, my leadership and project management skills were born. This is where I understand that Leadership and Management skills are more than Gantt chart, plans, design. “It is our ability to make our subordinates believed that we will succeed in the end no matter what problem we encounter.”

I am a huge believer of work ethics and strongly believe that reliability comes first. As in my early years, my supervisor and manager labeled me as very reliable that’s why they always sent me to areas where there are many problems.

I am a passionate person and have a high attention to details that allows me to deliver outstanding work to my client. I always seek self-improvement to be able exceed client’s expectations.

I am a fast learner and can work independently or in a team. I am very light to work with and always aim to contribute more.

Ultimately, I am a believer of strong teamwork. That being a leader must not be your aim, but to have quality of a leader to contribute to the team unselfishly to reach the team’s goal.
