Esmerditha Bautista – Administrative Assistant

Esmerditha-Bautista-vaHello there! My name is Esmerditha and you can call me Mherge for short. I’m a blessed loving mother of 2 gorgeous children.

I took a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy during my college days but was not able to graduate with just a semester and a few units left because I took the opportunity of working abroad. I was an OFW at the early age of 20 and worked in South Korea for almost 5 years. When I came back home, I worked as a Corporate Secretary for a Korean Corporation until I got pregnant with my eldest. After few months of giving birth, I landed a job as a Toll-Teller of Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway until, again, I got pregnant with my youngest. After giving birth, that’s when I realized that I got limited options when it comes to job opportunities because of the age limits in the Philippines.

Luckily, another door had opened and that is the BPO industry. I joined the Finishing Course for Call Center Agents in 2014 and got an NCII certificate for it and started working at Sutherland Global Services as a Customer Service Representative for Microsoft and Account Now (Prepaid Debit Card in the US). I was awarded as the Top CSAT agent several times. Then in April 2016, a favorable chance of working for a pioneer account came in, and fortunately, I got hired immediately. I was profiled to be part of the Customer Relation Expert of Choice Hotels International. I also volunteered to do some Customer Sales Representative whenever there is in need of agents. I mastered multi-tasking starting from identifying customer needs, verifying and clarifying information, resolving every issue in a timely manner using CRM tools to keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, complaints, and compensations. I was awarded again as the Top FCR agent.

Esmerditha-Bautista-vaAfter 5 months, I got promoted to Mentor wherein I assisted trainees from day 1 until they got hired and have their respective teams. Then after 3 months, I got another certificate as Specialist Expert wherein I handle supervisor/manager calls as a Tier 2 agent on top of my mentor tasks. I really enjoyed being with this company. I was able to enhance my skills in call handling as well as my ability to maintain composure under the pressure of a high-volume call center. But as it turns out, as one of my favorite songs goes that some good things never last. I got tired of traveling an hour and a half to and from work on a daily basis. I accepted a part-time job as a Content Writer for 3 months and then the boss offered me to have a full-time job as an Administrative Assistant in his Pool Service Company based in the US.

I started from zero admin tasks but worked my way into a lot of self-learning activities online. I am now a skilled Virtual Assistant that can communicate effectively with diverse people across various platforms. I have worked from home for more than two years and have virtually assisted my client. I have worked for an individual client and have experience in Content Writing using Bolt CMS, Data Entry using Microsoft Excel, Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google my business, and YouTube). I also do outbound collection calls using Quickbooks as my reference tool. I also manage several tasks when needed such as lead research, product research, and web research. My home office is fully equipped with the standard office equipment needed to execute administrative assignments. I am familiar with Microsoft office tools, Google suite tools, Photoshop CS6 tool, Canva, Zoho CRM, Bolt CMS, Word press, and Quickbooks.

Working independently and taking initiative when necessary are the traits that I have sharpened as a Virtual Assistant. My diligence and reliability would make me the perfect fit. I am confident I would be a great addition to your team.
