Fevem Paquera – Customer Support Representative

Hi, my name is Fevem Rhose and I want to share my life story.

I am an Online freelancer and Call Center Agent. I’m enjoying my work because I am able to speak and work with different people.

Before I came to this job, I was dreaming of achieving my goal which is to finish my studies and work in an Airline company. That’s why I took a Tourism Management course during College. But due to financial issues, I wasn’t able to continue my studies and needed to look for a job at a young age.

I became a Call center Agent where handled different accounts; Cold Calling, Technical and Customer Service. I was able to become one of the top performers of our team and became part of an Elite team and received awards.

When I decided to explore more about the online world, I learned about Freelancing – performing jobs in your own comfort zone and being able to earn double that what I was receiving in my previous job. I became an Executive Assistant Manager in a Company in the UK where I handled different VA’s in the Philippines and managed the business through marking and purchasing products under Amazon.

With my working experience, I have acquired different skills that I can provide you with:

I am eager to achieve more while learning because I know that everything has room for improvement.
